How quickly do I get an offer?

What does a trade-in cost?
Nothing. Requesting an offer is completely free and without obligation. You decide whether to accept.
How do handover and payment work?
Once you agree, we schedule a handover appointment, handle the paperwork and either pay you quickly or help with taking over the outstanding finance.
My car is still financed. Is that possible?
Yes. Just enter the outstanding amount in your request and we’ll take it into account in the offer. We work closely with the finance providers and can also help you buy off the outstanding loan with your bank.
Do I need to visit the showroom?
No need. The entire trade-in is prepared online. You're always welcome to drop by, of course. Otherwise we'll see eachother on the trade-in appointment!

How long does it take to sell my car?
That depends on demand and price. Thanks to our high-visibility spot in Sint-Martens-Latem and international channels, most cars sell within a few weeks.
Do I stay the owner during the sale?
Yes. Your car remains your property until it's sold. It sits safe and insured in our showroom.
What if my car doesn't sell?
We check in with you regularly about how the sale is going and what we think the price should be. If we don’t see movement, you can always end the consignment.
